As part of a team at a Bay-Lakes Council Camp, you’ll have a direct impact on the lives of youth and adults as we deliver an exceptional program surrounded by the all the natural beauty Wisconsin and Michigan have to offer.  Individuals 14 and older are eligible to work at one or more Bay-Lakes Council Camp.

Each of our camps have well-trained staffs in each of their program areas and departments. Read below for general responsibilities, duties, and age and other requirements.

Are you tired of doing the same old routine? Did you know that the Bay-Lakes Council operates 4 Scout camps. Each site offers opportunities for a variety of summer camp staff jobs. Most Scout camp staff members are at least 16 years of age, but we have some positions for youth who are a year or so younger. The Boy Scouts of America is an equal opportunity employer that hires both females and males, as well as people of all ages and ethnic groups, diverse cultures, and mixed abilities.
