What is BALOO?
BALOO stands for Basic Adult Leader Outdoor Orientation. It is designed to introduce Cub Scout leaders to the newly expanded opportunities for pack overnight camping. BALOO is required for all Packs planning an overnight campout.
Why Should I Attend?
At least one adult leader must be BALOO trained in order for a Cub Scout Pack to participate in overnight camping. Tour permits will only be issued to Packs who meet the requirements of having attended BALOO training.
