- Rosters with t-shirt size selections must be entered on-line. This is the last day to make changes to your shirt order.
- Campership forms due to Council. Form can be found in the Summer Camp Forms link below.
- Camp balances due in full. Any balance not paid by 5/1 will automatically be assessed a $35 PER PERSON late fee. You may make payments on-line (no service charge) via PayPal, E-Check, or Credit Card. You may also send (postmarked by 6/1) or drop off a check to the Bay-Lakes Council.
- Special Diet Request Forms due. Forms must be emailed to email@example.com. Please be sure to include your Name, Pack #, and Session (date) on the form.
Health and Medical Forms Part A & B must be mailed DIRECTLY TO CAMP at least TWO WEEKS prior to your scheduled camp date. A medical form and copy of each registered camper’s insurance card is required for each and every camper, no longer how long their stay is. Be sure to label your forms with your Pack # and Session (date) attending. Please make a copy of these for your records as they will not be returned to you.
Due to site capacities, you will not be able to increase or decrease your number of campers or change swap the gender of your adults. Please contact Shannon at the Center for Scouting if you will need to make revisions to your roster.
